As a Platform for Services (PVD) Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in Rotterdam’s digital services, a city that relies on your expertise every day. You’ll ensure that Rotterdam residents can manage their affairs quickly and easily, meaning you’ll not only be working for the city but also making a tangible difference in its daily life.

Responsibilities

As a PVD Specialist:

  • Are you involved in the entire project, from analysis to implementation;
  • Do you increasingly sit directly at the table with internal customers (process owners) to ask questions and coordinate options and objectives?
  • Based on the analysis, create a global and functional design that you test against guidelines;
  • Build, model, and configure components of the PVD yourself, test them, and coordinate your findings with the internal customer;
  • Do you work closely with a team of functional managers, process analysts and project managers?
  • Depending on the complexity of the process, you have a delivery time that varies from a few weeks to a year and a half.

The requirements

  1. You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of thinking and working.
  2. You have at least 1 year of knowledge and work experience with building, modeling and configuring in Open Forms gained in the past 2 years.
  3. You have knowledge of and work experience with building, modeling, configuring and authorizing in GZAC.
  4. You have at least 1 year of work experience with an OTAP street and transfer to functional management in the past two years.
  5. You have at least two years of work experience with the principles and modelling surrounding case-oriented work.
