As a Social Support Act (Wmo) consultant, you’ll be part of the Care, Work, and Income team, a dynamic team of six consultants. Together with a team of policy officers, this team forms the Community cluster, consisting of approximately 20 employees. We combine diverse expertise and backgrounds within the social domain and are eager to learn from each other. In Zoeterwoude, we’ve been working together in a Social Team since 2023.
As a Wmo consultant, you’re the crucial link in the Wmo process, from clarifying needs to providing a customized solution. You handle both simple and complex applications. Your expertise ensures customized solutions that truly meet the individual needs of residents.
